Messages left for you within the previous six weeks are stored here for your review, and you can manage on-call schedules and personnel contact information, too. Changes made through our web portal are updated in real time in our system, so your information is always accurate.
Protect your business by automatically archiving your callers’ messages and call information. With Message Archiving, Keystone stores your message content and history for up to five years. Should you ever need it, our system allows you to request a caller’s historical message content and associated call documentation. Documentation associated with the call can’t be altered; time stamps, operator initials and dispatching activities, which are delivered with the message, become part of the call archive.
